1. |
Manage people of all levels, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done |
|
2. |
Manage daily operations of the organization and its Regions and branches. |
|
3. |
Should handle Financial and Accounting Management. |
|
4. |
Proper planning of systems and control should be done for the smooth function of the zone |
|
5. |
Should be administratively strong and must have demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups |
|
6. |
Should serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues e.g. Local Statues and laws, partnerships, licensing etc. |
| 7. | Coach, mentor and motivate employees |

8. |
Implementing and documenting for ISO processes |
