| Overseeing profit center operations and accountable for increasing profitability and achieving business objectives within budgeted parameters. | |
| Prepare costing & business plans to manage contract negotiations & order fulfillment. | |
| Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. | |
| Hand holding operations till the time the business is understood and relationship management with customer. | |
| Present solution to customer demonstrating clear business value, engage in negotiations and close the deal successfully identify; manage and develop a customer in pipeline | |
| Approach the customer and visit their facility to understand the process and provide them best solution with optimal cost. | |
| Setting up the infrastructure as per customer requirement | |
| Implement innovative ideas for smooth functioning of operations. | |
| Constantly interacting with the prospects and maintaining cordial business relationship with key clients. Work with Head – BD & Regional Operations Directors to develop capabilities across markets and support | |
