AVP or VP – Business Development for a leading Wealth Management company

Qualifications –

–          MBA strongly preferred

–          Minimum 9-10 years (Zonal Head) of financial services experience preferably from a reputed Fund House managing IFA/ ND’s in Mumbai

–          Dedication to the job even if it entails late working

–          Good level of maturity in handling clients, especially HNI & NRIs

–          Smart and eager to learn. Computer literate.

–          Should be willing to meet clients at their convenience even out of the office.

–          Capability of handling distributors and HNI client meetings

–          Keen Knowledge of equity as an asset class

–          Good communication skills , Go-getter and entrepreneurship skills

Job Profile –

–          Achieve Gross & Net Sales numbers through distributor relationships managed

–          Empanel and activate new distributor IFA’s/ National Distributors in Mumbai

–          Provide Sales support to existing and new distributor relationships

–          Distributor /Client Management & Distributor events & trainings

–          Maintain call report on a daily basis

Other Details –

–          He/She will cover the key cities outside Mumbai through travel.

–          Reporting to Head – Domestic PMS Business.

–          Person would in effect be handling the zone but there is no team under them at this point. Team will get built gradually.
