  • Define survey parameters for various types of customer profiles.
  • Conduct periodic surveys for different branches, franchisees, IFA and wealth management teams in person and over phone, online platforms.
  • Compile and present results of feedback to respective teams.
  • Continuously initiate and implement improvements projects, which translate into excellent service.
  • Meet customers and incorporate their feedback in quality initiatives
  • Competitor tracking and periodic branch audits.
