Job responsibilities:

 

·         To manage all lead acquisition for the Sales teams & SEM (Search engine marketing) related initiatives.

·         Implement and manage all PPC campaigns across search engines.

·         Responsible for keyword research, account/campaign structuring, bid management, and tracking for key performance indicators.

·         To review the ad copies and landing page creative.

·         To evaluate acquisition & SEM campaigns and ensure low CPL & CPQ Constant monitoring of COA and business (brokerage generated).

·         Look out for newer cost effective mode of acquisitions.

·         Coordination with various agencies to ensure smooth and fast execution of deliverables; Coordination with outbound calling team to check the performance of campaign and ensure TAT on calling the leads.  Coordination with IT for maintaining & developing the Lead Management System (LMS) on Daily/Weekly/monthly  reports on campaign performance and sales performance of leads to be presented to the team & business heads

 

Key Skills: Analytical skills, excellent execution & communication skills

 

Experience: Min 2 yrs –  maximum 4 years’ experience in SEM. (Experience of SEM with a digital agency would be ideal)

 

Educational qualifications: Graduate, Post Graduate with statistical and analytical background will be preferred
