- Achievements of Sales Target
- Accountable for supervising & monitoring day to day activities for proper functioning.
- Retain customers by providing best possible service in terms of immediate response to enquiries, quick execution of orders.
- Keeping the customer updated with the status of their order, schedule & shipping documents.
- Contributing total administrative & logistics support to manage entire operations of the firm.
- Ensure timely service delivery as well as collections from the clients within the stipulated credit period while managing the distribution system of the company and maintaining smooth operations across the units.
- Playing a pivotal role in implementing operating policies & guidelines to ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day operations and to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Working as Focal point and managing the team under the guidance of Manager
